Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Launchreel (“LaunchReel”, “we”, “us”), a business based in Mexico. By using launchreel.io or buying a video, you agree to them.

1. What LaunchReel does

You give us your app’s web address and a few screenshots. We use AI to write captions and put together a short video of your app, with music. You can watch the first 5 seconds for free. To download the full video, you pay once.

2. Price and payment

• A video costs $4.99 USD, charged once. There’s no subscription and no account.
• Stripe processes payments. We never see or store your full card details.
• Prices are in US dollars. If your card is in another currency, your bank may add a conversion fee.

3. Refunds

If your video fails or you’re not happy with it, you can get your money back. See the Refund Policy for how.

4. Your content

• You keep all rights to what you upload or enter: screenshots, logos, names and text.
• You give us permission to store and process that content only to make, show and deliver your video, and to keep the service running.
• You must own that content or have permission to use it. Only make videos of apps you’re allowed to promote.

5. Your video

• Once you’ve paid, you can use the video anywhere, including in ads and other commercial uses. You don’t need to credit us.
• The music is original music owned by LaunchReel. You can use it as part of your video, but not on its own, for example as a separate track.
• The captions and copy are written by AI and can contain mistakes. Check the video before you post it. You’re responsible for what you publish.

6. What you can’t do

Don’t use LaunchReel to make content that is illegal, misleading, hateful or sexual, that infringes someone else’s rights, or that pretends to be another company’s product. Don’t upload personal data about other people, such as their IDs or private messages. Don’t try to break, overload or get around the service or its payment. We may refuse, remove or stop a video that breaks these rules.

7. The service

We work to keep LaunchReel running and your download links working, but we can’t promise the service will always be available or free of errors. We may change or improve how it works.

8. Liability

As far as the law allows, LaunchReel is provided “as is”, and our total liability to you for any claim about a video is limited to the amount you paid for it. We’re not liable for indirect losses, such as lost sales or lost profits.

Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer protection law, including Mexico’s Federal Consumer Protection Law (Ley Federal de Protección al Consumidor).

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. The terms that applied when you bought a video still apply to that purchase.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, and disputes go to the competent courts of Mexico. If consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live, you keep that right.
