Refund Policy

Watch before you pay

You can watch the first 5 seconds of your video for free, so you can see what you’re getting before you pay.

When you get a refund

• Something went wrong: the video didn’t finish, you can’t download it, or it’s broken. You get a full refund, or we can make the video again if you’d like.
• You’re not happy with it: email us within 14 days of paying and we’ll refund you. You don’t need to give a reason.

How to ask

Email hassanyassinefortaleza@gmail.com with either the link to your video (the page address with ?job= in it) or the email address on your Stripe receipt.

We refund to the card you paid with, normally within 5 business days of your email. Your bank may take another 5 to 10 business days to show it.
